Nghiên cứu bào chế bột cao khô từ bài thuốc GK1 bằng phương pháp phun sấy để ứng dụng trong điều trị suy thận mạn tính

GK1 remedy, a combination of the herbal remedy of “Bảo thận thang” and Blumea lacera, for treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) was prepared in dry powder by spray drying for production of its modern dosage forms such as capsules, tablets, etc.. Technical factors affecting the spray drying efficiency, recovery efficiency and quality of the dried extract powders were investigated. The most suitable parameters of choice were: The mixture of maltodextrin/aerosil – 40/60, w/w; Excipient/residue ratio – 40 %; Inlet temperature – 140 oC; Feed rate – 30 ml/min; solid/liquid ratio – 15 %; Pressure – 0.2 MPa. With these, the manufacture of GK1 spray-drying extracts was characterized by: The spray drying efficiency – 92.99 % and recovery efficiency of astilbin, emodin – 94.27, 89.88 %, respectively. Chararacterestic indices of the obtained GK1 dry powders were: Humidity – 4.39 ± 0.12 %; d – 0.83 ± 0.02 g/ml; CIindex – 30.40 ± 0.67 %; content of astilbin and emodin – 22.83 ± 0.38 mg/g và 1.90 ± 0.09 mg/g, respectively.
