NGHIÊN CỨU BIỆN PHÁP CẢI THIỆN ĐỘ HÒA TAN CỦA GRISEOFULVIN TỪ VIÊN NÉN

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effects of some factors on the formulation of griseofulvin 500 mg tablets and to optimize the formula of griseofulvin 500 mg tablets at the laboratory scale. Griseofulvin tablets were prepared by the wet granulation method. The factors of tablet formulation were investigated, including type and ratio of filler excipients, type of super-disintegrating excipient and method of using super-disintegrating excipients, type and percentage of excipients increasing solubility, percentage of glidants, lubricants, anti-dherent. From the results of the screening study, design of experiments was carried out, the relationships between the input variables and the output variables were analyzed, the design space and optimal formula were found for griseofulvin 500 mg tablets to meet the solubility standard according to Vietnam Pharmacopoeia V.
