Bán tổng hợp và khảo sát tác dụng ức chế cetylcholinesterase in vitro của một số dẫn chất ether của baicalein

In study on acetylcholinesterase inhibitors for the treatment of Alzhiemer disease, eight derivatives of baicalein were semi-synthesized by etherification. The synthesized derivatives were tested for inhibitory activity on acetylcholinesterase in vitro by Ellman method in comparison with baicalein material itself. Of these, three derivative demonstrated significantly improved inhibitive activity compared with baicalein, especially, derivative 1 showed the best activity with an IC 50 value of 40.43 µM.
