Chiết xuất, phân lập, tinh chế và thiết lập chất chuẩn dioscin từ thân rễ cây bảy lá một hoa (Paris polyphylla)

A high purity compound (0.4 g) was extracted, isolated and purified from rhizome of Paris polyphylla by using column chromatographic method. The chemical structure of the isolate was identified as dioscin based on comparision of the UV, IR, MS, 1D-NMR (¹H and ¹³C) spectra of isolated dioscin and those of standard dioscin purchased from Chengdu Herbpurify Co. Ltd (China) company. The dioscin working reference standard was established base on the criteria in Vietnamese Pharmacopoeia V and ASEAN requirements. The results show that vials are homogeneous in the process of packaging and content is 97.90% with an expanded uncertainty U = ± 0.12%, a coverage factor k = 2 at the level of confident 95% (average results from two laboratories).
