Đặc điểm hiển vi và thành phần hóa học tinh dầu cây sa nhân quế (Amomum cinnamomeum Škorničk., Luu & H. Đ. Trần) tại tỉnh Khánh Hòa

The microscopical characteristics of Amomum cinnamomeum Škorničk., Luu & H. Đ. Trần collected in Khanh Vinh district (Khanh Hoa province) were described and illustrated with pictures. The content of essential oil in the fresh plant material was 0.1 % determinedby steam distillation. GC-MS analyse of essential oil led to identification of 25 compounds with main constituents were trans-cinnamaldehyde (72.31%), benzaldehyde (6.42%), menthol (6.37%) andcinnamyl alcohol (5.68%). These results are useful in identification and quality control of plant material of Amomum cinnamomeum.
