ĐẶC ĐIỂM THỰC VẬT VÀ ĐÁNH GIÁ SƠ BỘ HÀM LƯỢNG HAI HOẠT CHẤT CHÍNH HEDERACOSID C VÀ α-HEDERIN CỦA DÂY THƯỜNG XUÂN (HEDERA NEPALENSIS VAR. SINENSIS (TOBLER) REHDER) 

Summary

Indigenous medicinal plants are an invaluable treasure, especially in Vietnam. These plants play an important role in researching and developing medicinal products, help improve health as well as increase country’s economy. With a rich medicinal plant resource, many drugs and medicinal herbs in Vietnam are based on native species. Ivy (Hedera nepalensis var. sinensis (Tobler) Rehder) is a medicinal plant that has been used in many traditional remedies in: Detoxify, cure clogged blood vessels, backache, rheumatism. Published papers, were mainly studied on vegetative and reproductive characters, provided unsatisfied evidences, hard to distinguish from sister species H. helix L.. Thus, taxanomical datas are urgently needed, supports correct and accurate identification. Additionally, chemical composition of Vietnamese samples has not been analyzed, yet. In this study, the species were disengaged by morphology and microscopic anatomy; furthermore preliminary analyzations on main active ingredients: Hederacoside C and α-hederin are 0.40 – 4.89 %, 0.10 – 2.75 %, respectively.
