Định lượng parvifloral C trong rễ cây sâm đùi gà (Decaschistia intermedia Craib) bằng phương pháp HPLC

A method for quantifying parvifloral C in Decaschistia intermedia Craib by HPLC was developed. Results of method validation show the condition of HPLC analysis is suitable (RP-C18 Lichrospher column, detector UV: 226 nm, mobile phase: methanol : 0.1 % formic acid (81:19), flow rate:

1 ml/min at 25⁰C, injection volume: 20 µl). The method has good linear relationship between corresponding peak areas and parvifloral C concentrations (R² = 0.9999), high repeatability and intra-day precision (RSD < 3.0 %), and good accuracy (recovery = 95.72 – 102.86 %). The content of parvifloral C in the radix of Decaschistia intermedia Craib is about 0.0486 % – 0.0685 %. This is the first report on quantifying parvifloral C in this herb by HPLC.
