Khảo sát ảnh hưởng của tá dược rã tới độ hòa tan của viên nén cefixim 100 mg

Cefixim is a poor water-soluble antibiotic belong to IV group of BCS, has low oral bioavailability. To improve the dissolution of cefixim tablet, in this paper somes formulation factors were studied. The  investigation results showed that the surface – active ingredients and super-disintegrants affected strongly the dissolution of the obtained tabets, particulary in the dry-granulation method. Through the experimental data, an suitable formulation of the cefixim  tablet was established that has the same dissolution profile which reference tablet, meets the requirement of the Vietnamese Pharmacopoeia V.
