Summary
Nine compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of marine microalgae Aurantiochytrium mangrovei for the first time including uracil (1), uridine (2), adenosine (3), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (4), (2S)-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propinoic acid (5), (2S)-Hydroxy-3-phenylpropanoic acid (6), (+)-proto-quercitol (7), 1,3-dipalmitin (8) and palmitic acid (9). Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods as NMR and MS in combination with literatures.
