NGHIÊN CỨU BÁN TỔNG HỢP OROXYLIN A TỪ BAICALEIN 

Summary

Oroxylin A is the one of the major flavonoids, the most common active ingredients in the root of Scutellaria baicalensis and Oroxylum indicum. It has been widely studied and proven to possess a wide spectrum of pharmacological properties such as anti-inflammatory, pro-apoptotic, anti-invasive activities… In this report, we studied on semi-synthetic oroxylin A from baicalein throught three steps. The structure of compounds were confirmed by NMR and LC-ESI MS spectrum.
