Nghiên cứu bào chế kem bôi da chống tia tử ngoại

Sunlight is one of the main causes of skin damage such as pigmentation, wrinkles, skin cancer due to ultraviolet (UV) rays, affecting health and aesthetics. Therefore, protecting the skin from the sun is an important objective which is highly concerned by scientists. In this study, sunscreen cream was prepared with a stable suspension-emullsion structure. The sunscreen agents used are nano titanium dioxide, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate (UVA & UVB plus). This cream has a smooth texture and provides rapid penetration. The cream sun protection factor (SPF) is 57,7. There were no signs of allergic reaction on the rabbit’s skin for 72 hours after applying the cream.
