Nghiên cứu phương pháp chiết xuất nhóm hợp chất có tính kháng oxy hóa trong cây thù lù cạnh (Physalis angulata L.)

With regard that phenolic compounds are plant secondary metabolites with a wide spectrum of biological activities
and various changes associated with growth stages, seasons and eco-geographical growth conditions, and their
antioxidant activity is one of the most valuable because oxidation is related to the development of neurodegenerative
diseases and cancer, … a simple extraction method using sonication technique was developed for phenolic acid
and flavonoids from the leaves of Physalis angulata L.. Four factors including solvent, mass/volume ratio, duration of
extraction and times of extraction were investigated. The obtained extracts were analyized by high-performance liquid
chromatography (HPLC). The optimized method showed high extraction efficiency (> 99%) and good repeatability
(RSD% values < 3%) and suitable for quantification.
