Nghiên cứu xây dựng bộ mẫu ngoại kiểm cho xét nghiệm huyết thanh học đồng thời HBsAg và anti-HCV

External Quality Assessment (EQA) is one of the methods that provide quality assurance and quality enhancement in the progress of test result synchronization. The aim of this study was to establish EQA samples for the proficiency dual HBsAg and anti-HCV serological testing complied with the specification of homogeneity and stability. Each panel contained 12 coded samples including three negative, three positive for HBsAg, three positive for anti-HCV, three positive for dual HBsAg and anti-HCV evaluated stability, homogeneity and sterile. The results showed that the samples in panel met homogeneity (p > 0.05) and sterile, samples were stable for 14 days at
25 ± 2^oC and at least 60 days after storage at 2-8^oC, those also were stable in transportation condition. The EQA samples for dual HBsAg and anti-HCV serological test was developed in order to use widely in the proficiency test for testing laboratories in Vietnam.
