Nghiên cứu xây dựng quy trình định lượng đồng thời 4 chất cấm thường có trong thịt heo bằng phương pháp UPLC-MS/MS

An LC-MS/MS was developed for determination of the following 4 prohibited substances in pork: Acepromazine, atropin, salbutamol, clenbuterol. The residues of these 4 prohibited substances were extracted from the analyzed samples by QuEChERS. The chromatography was performed with: Column – C18 (100 x 2.1 mm; 1.7 µm); mobile phase – acetonitrile/0.1 % formic acid and water with 0.1 % formic acid in gradient mode; detector – Triple quadrupole mass spectrometer system using positive and negative electrospray ionization and Multiple Reaction Monitoring mode. The method was validated. The recovery range was 75.8 – 110.1 % with RSD < 10 % and the limit of detection (LOD) ranged at 0.01 ppb – 0.1 ppb. The method proved desirably helpful for practical analysis of these prohibited substances in pork.
