Phân tích danh mục thuốc kháng sinh sử dụng tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản Trung ương năm 2019

In 2019, at National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology, 15.32 % of the total medicine costs spent on antibiotics. Imported antibiotics accounted for 78.4 % of this antibiotics expenditures and 98.67 % of total antibiotics used. Inpatients’ antibiotics was 99.86 % of the total spending. The most-used antibiotic group was beta-lactam, with the frequency of 59.5 % and accounted for 90.76 % of the total costs on this category. The total defined daily dose (DDD) per 100 bed-days-of antibiotics was 54.177 DDD (49.268 DDD for beta-lactam group, 15.053 DDD for amoxicillin, 14.840 DDD for ampicillin and 11.165 DDD for cefuroxim) and DDD per inpatient of imipenem was 15.418.
