Tổng hợp và đánh giá hoạt tính kháng khuẩn, kháng nấm của các dẫn chất morpholinoacetamid

Data from a hospital in Vietnam showed that the ratio of antibiotic resistance has been increased. Some bacteria spieces have resisted to all antibiotics used in experiments. With the effort in synthesizing new compounds and screening for the antibacterial and antifungal agents, some derivatives of morpholinoacetamide were prepared. All synthesized compounds were structurally characterized using IR, MS, NMR. The in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activitives were screening using BSAC standardized disc susceptibility testing method. The two compound 2-chloro-N-(3- chlorophenyl)acetamide (1b) và 2-chloro-N-(4-chlorobenzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)acetamide (1f) have activitives on Candida glabrata with MIC at 8 µg/ml. The morpholinoacetamid derivatives have no antibacterial and antifungal activitives.
