Tổng hợp và thử tác dụng kháng tế bào ung thư của một số dẫn chất 1,3-dimethyl-1H-indazol-6-amin

Indazol-6-amine derivatives have various remarkable biological activities, specially, anticancer activity. In this study, seven 1,3-dimethyl-1H-indazol-6-amine derivatives were synthesized through three steps with well-known reactions. These synthesized compounds were evaluated for their anti-cancer activities in five human cancer cell lines by the sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay. Most of them showed a moderate to good potent on some cancer cell lines with a range IC₅₀ value from 0.4 to 50.1 μM. Three over seven synthesized compounds indicated potent activity in human colon colorectal cancer cells (HCT116), noteworthy, compound 9 had a better IC₅₀ value (0.4 ± 0.3 μM) than the positive control etoposide.
