TÓM TẮT

A GC-MS/MS was developed for determination of 5 pesticides (chlorpyriphos-ethyl, chlorpyriphos- methyl, diazinon, cypermethrin and permethrin) in sweet potato leaves and roots. The pesticide residues were extracted from samples using QuEChERS. The chromatography was performed as: Column (HP-5MS Ultra Inert 30 m x 250 µm x 0.25 µm); Carrier gas  – Helium; carrier gas speed

-1.1 ml/minute ; Heat program – 600C hold 1 minute, increased 400C/minute to 1700C, then increased 100C/minute to 3000C hold 3 minute. Detector – triple quadrupole mass spectrometer system using positive and negative electrospray ionization and Multiple Reaction Monitoring mode. The method was validated. The recovery range was 82.2 – 113 % with RSD < 3.5 % and the limit of detection (LOD) ranged at 0.018 ppb – 0.103 ppb. The method proved desirably helpful for analysis of the mentioned pesticide residues in sweet potato leaves and roots.
