Xây dựng phương pháp định tính, định lượng hoạt chất 2,3,5,4’- tetrahydroxystilben-2-O-β-D-glucosid trong rễ hà thủ ô đỏ (Fallopia multiflora Thunb.) bằng phương pháp HPLC

TÓM TẮT

A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for determination of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilben-2-O-β-D-glucoside (THSG) in Fallopia multiflora Thunb.. The method was optimized as: Column – RP C18 (250 x 4,6 mm, 5 µm); Mobile phase: Acetonitril – acid formic 0.1%; Flow rate: 1.0 ml/min ; Injection volume: 10 µl; detector wavelength: 320 nm ; temperature: 280C. This method was validated by EMA guideline to meet all the requirements. For assessment of the practical applycation, the Fallopia multiflora sample collected in Ky Son, Nghe An province, was tested and the content of THSG was found 4.1%.
