Xây dựng quy trình định lượng poliothrysosid trong cây hồng quân (Flacourtia rukam Zoll. et Mor.) bằng phương pháp UPLC-PDA

A reversed-phase UPLC method was successfully developed for the quantitative determination of poliothrysosid in Flacourtia rukam stem, using a reversed – phase ACQUITY UPLC BEH®C18 column (2.1 x 50 mm; 1.7 µm), a mixture of methanol – water as mobile phase in gradient mode, the flow rate of 0.2 ml/min, column temperature of 35 ºC with detective wavelength of 227 nm. The method complied ICH requirements for system suitability, high selectivity, wide linearity range. The method had high repeatability and ecovery range for poliothrysosid was 99.17 – 104.44%. The validated method was applied to the determination of the aforementioned poliothrysosid in herbal samples, extractions and marketed products which were collected.
