Xây dựng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng trong chế phẩm Nacugel với dạng bào chế nanoemulgel chứa curcuminoid

A draft specification was developed for a nanoemulgel containing curcuminoids.The proposed tests for specification included organoleptic observation, pH, viscosity, droplet size and distribution of droplet size, identification and assay of curcuminoids. The method used for identification and assay of curcuminoids was fully validated according to international standards and proved as suitable for intended application. The limits for each test in draft specification were established basing on results obtained from 3 pilot batch of the nanoemulgel.
