Khảo sát thực trạng hao phí vắc xin đóng gói đa liều trong tiêm chủng thường xuyên tại Trung tâm Y tế Huyện Đông Anh – Thành phố Hà Nội năm 2019

In 2019, 24 routine vaccination points of Dong Anh Health Center, Hanoi city had the use rate of multi-dose vials higher than regulated. The difference between actual and regulated vaccine use rate and the percentage of vaccination sessions exceeded the regulations of common vaccines were: Measles – rubella (3.5; 92.2%); OPV (3.49; 90.8%); DPT (2.95; 83%); Tetanus (2.17; 80.1%). Two factors associated with vaccine wastage were packaging size (20-dose vials had higher OR compared to 10-dose vials) and vaccine scheduling (every two week or every week).
